Fees
If you have any questions do not hesitate the organizer.
1) The registration fee for a participant who presents a paper included in the proceedings is 150Euro.
2) The registration fee for a participant who just wishes to assist at presentations is 350 Euro.
There are considered participants who don't have any presentation .
3) The registration fee for participants who just wish to assist at presentations and officially represent an institution is 450 Euro.
The deadline for the early payment of the registration fee is 15.September.2009 The deadline for the late payment of the registration fee is 14.October.2009. If you pay the registration fee between 16.September.2009 and 14.October.2009 you must add 25 Euro to the registration fee.
PAPER SUBMISSION
You can submit the short version of the paper simultaneously with the paper or you may submit the paper after submitting the short version of the paper.
A paper must be uploaded as a ZIP file that contain the short version and/or the paper. The files containing the short paper and the paper must be included in separate folders. The submission must include the source files and the generated PDF files. Paper submission>
